VIA PHILOSOPHY

Via institute exist to support you on the journey towards wholeness & autonomy. We do it by coaching individuals and organizations and by supervising and mentoring fellow professional coaches. We also educate professionals in coaching, mentoring and supervision so that they can support their clients on their journey towards autonomy.

WHAT I DO

I coach individual clients, as well as teams going through change period on organizational systematic level. In organizations, I specialize in areas: Psychological safety and mental health for employees, Unconscious patterns in communication, Leading virtual teams, online collaboration, and communication or Strategy workshops. My work on an organizational level is based on the theory of Transactional Analysis, psychodynamic approach, and Agile, Design Thinking and Liberating Structures principles.

MY COACHING JOURNEY

Started in 2010 and since that time I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, from wide range of professions, including entrepreneurs, artists, coaches, and junior mid- & senior management level in corporate environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

I am ICF certified coach on Master level, with more than 3 000 hours of coaching experience and 300+ hours of coaching-specific education. As a registered coach-mentor and coach supervisor, I help other coaches to improve their coaching performance. I hold Masters’ degree in Journalism, Diploma in International Law & International Relations, Diploma in Business Coaching, Diploma in Coaching Supervision, Diploma in Team Coaching and a certification in Integrative Coaching. I am also certified trainer and facilitator. I am also trained in the fields of Transactional Analysis, Non-Violent Communication, Agile Leadership, Community Building and Trauma Body-Psychotherapy.

I am active in professional coaching organizations, because I believe it is important to create conditions for coaches that will support their growth and development of the coaching profession. Within Slovak Association of Coaching (SAKO), I am a member of Accreditation and Certification Committee. In International Coach Federation Slovak Chapter I am a member of Senior Advisory Group. I am also a Council Member of European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in Czech Republic responsible for the area of quality standards, ethics, supervision and research.

I have seven years of experience in management, since 2014 I have been working mainly in the corporate environment. I specialize in developing coaching, communication, and leadership skills, creating coaching and L&D strategies and in coaching in organizations.

I work in Slovak and English language, across Europe.
